Meet the Founder

Cordial Craft LLC was founded by a passionate artist and visionary who discovered a unique way to blend art and science. During his undergraduate studies, he developed a natural affinity for chemistry, finding beauty in the balance of equations and the elegance of scientific theory. Though he never imagined he would have the opportunity to apply the chemistry he had grown to love, his journey took an unexpected turn.

He found himself behind the bar, where his appreciation for the art of cocktails quickly evolved into a dedicated pursuit of mixology. As he mastered the craft of crafting balanced and flavorful drinks, he became deeply interested in product development, realizing that mixology was, at its core, applied chemistry. The very algebra he had used in hypothesis formation became the foundation for his work—where every carefully measured ingredient, reaction, and infusion served as the theory proving the math correct.

His pursuit became even more personal when he set out to develop the perfect cocktail for his girlfriend. The quest led him to create an ingredient for which no recipe seemed to exist—requiring him to invent a completely new approach to crafting flavors. In doing so, he developed a series of highly particular cordials, each offering a unique and irreplaceable enhancement to the cocktail experience.

As friends, colleagues, and patrons urged him to sell his work, he initially resisted, believing that a product's quality rarely dictates its success. However, once he himself—someone with unreasonable standards—began to rely on these cordials both at home and at his bar, he recognized their efficiency, versatility, and exclusive flavor profiles. More than just a flavorful enhancement, he saw how these products could save bars money, time, and improve nearly all important parameters pertaining to a bar's success—reducing waste, increasing consistency, and streamlining service. Realizing that his products truly had something valuable to offer the industry, he saw that this was an endeavor worth pursuing. What began as a passion project became Cordial Craft LLC, an embodiment of his love for cocktails and chemistry fused into one. By fusing his two great loves—the artistic expression of cocktails and the precision of chemistry—he created Cordial Craft LLC as a means to bring this passion to life. Every bottle is a testament to the delicate balance of flavor, precision, and creativity, bridging the gap between scientific curiosity and artistic expression.

Through this journey, he made a dedication to never cut corners and to always offer the highest quality ingredients possible. His own pride and personal standards will never allow him to compromise on quality or integrity.
